Sleep Mode: Smart Alarm

The alarm that thinks before it rings.

Sleep Mode is an iPhone alarm built around your actual morning. It finds your first qualifying calendar call, applies the buffer you choose, and schedules a native system alarm. When the meeting moves or disappears, the alarm can move with it.

Core calendar alarm

The core experience uses calendar access granted on the iPhone. Calendar event contents stay on the device. Accepted invitations count by default; tentative and unanswered invitations are optional, and declined invitations never qualify.

Optional Google connection

A Google Calendar connection is optional and is initiated explicitly from Settings.

• Google Calendar: read-only event access creates content-free change notifications. The relay tells the iPhone to refresh its local calendar; it does not store calendar event contents.

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Users can revoke the connection from their Google Account at any time and can request deletion of associated relay data through Support. Gmail integration is deferred and is not available in public v1.

Availability

Sleep Mode requires iOS 26 because alarm delivery uses Apple AlarmKit. It contains no advertising or cross-app tracking.
